This national financial firm, with over 400 offices in the US is looking for a new Operations Coordinator to support a branch location in the Greater Pittsburgh area. In this role you will be responsible for communication between the corporate office and your branch location. You will handle routine functions such as margin notification and resolutions, account transfer requests, and process corporate reorganization. You will also perform daily cashier functions such as incoming deposits for checks and securities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete account and trade records. As the operations Coordinator you will also provide overflow support Financial advisors with opening client accounts, preparing and processing investment documents and other administrative tasks. Other duties as assigned.
