The regional office for this national provider of residential screening services is looking to add a new member to their growing property management team.

In this role you will be responsible for efficiently handling requests from customers, sales staff, and other internal departments regarding new and existing accounts. You will track requests from start to completion as well as provide information and documentation to various other internal departments for further processing. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for answering any of their questions or concerns, coordinate training sessions with customers to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and services they are receiving following their onboarding process.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this position, as well as an understanding of videoconferencing, word processing, and spreadsheet software. This position is currently remote, with most communication being done via email, but may transition back to the physical location.
